Yes. Desert camps near Merzouga and Erg Chigaga operate through December, and the Christmas to New Year window is one of the busiest of the year, so book early. Expect comfortable daytime temperatures on the dunes and very cold nights.

How many days do you need for a Morocco Christmas tour?

Two to three days covers a Sahara trip from Marrakech or Fes. Four to five days lets you do the same route without rushing. Seven days or more allows imperial cities, desert and the north. Twelve to fourteen days suits families with a full school holiday.
