360° event & travel solutions

360° event & travel solutions in Morocco: one contract, one run sheet, every component.

Meetings, team building and incentives, gala evenings, production, hotels and transfers — planned and operated by one licensed DMC in Marrakech, so your programme has a single point of accountability from the first arrival to the last departure.

Why one operator

Six suppliers means six places for the programme to break.

A multi-day corporate programme in Morocco usually involves a hotel, a meeting venue, an AV company, a transport firm, an activity provider and a gala caterer. Each of them is good at its part and none of them owns the whole. When the plenary overruns, nobody tells the coaches; when a flight lands early, nobody tells the hotel.

We take on all of it from our office in Marrakech, where we have run inbound programmes since 2012. The venues, hotels, vehicles and guides are contracted by us directly, the run sheet is one document, and a single coordinator makes the call when something moves — so the fix happens in minutes, not in a chain of emails.

  • One contract, one invoice, line-itemised for your client
  • One named coordinator from brief to debrief
  • Own fleet, drivers and operations desk — nothing brokered out
  • Keep your own suppliers for any component you prefer

What sits on the contract

Every component, under one agreement

Each is a full service in its own right — here they run as one programme.

01

Meetings & conventions

Venue shortlists with confirmed capacities, plenary and breakout layouts, registration desks and delegate rooming. The detail lives on our meetings & conventions management page.

02

Team building & incentives

The afternoon that turns delegates into a team, or the reward night that makes the trip feel earned — see team building & incentive travel.

03

Gala evenings & production

Stage, sound, light and scenography for the closing night, in a riad courtyard or a camp in Agafay. Covered in events production & communication.

04

Congress services

Abstract timelines, parallel-session rooms and exhibitor logistics for association meetings, run to the standard set out on our professional congress organization page.

05

Travel & accommodation

RAK arrivals, hotel and riad allotments, our own fleet from sedans to 50-seat coaches, and extensions to the Sahara or the Atlas — the ground-handling core of our DMC Marrakech service.

06

A lighter footprint

Local sourcing, reusable signage and a transfer plan built to fill every seat, applied across the whole programme instead of one evening — see sustainable events.

A sample programme

Four days in Marrakech, one integrated run sheet

Meeting, team day and gala stitched together — every programme is built from your brief.

  1. Day 1 · Arrival

    Meet, check in, welcome dinner

Our arrivals desk at Marrakech Menara greets each flight, luggage travels separately, and rooms are keyed before the coach pulls up. A relaxed welcome dinner on a medina rooftop, with no agenda after it.

  2. Day 2 · The meeting

    Plenary, breakouts, medina evening

Plenary in the hotel ballroom, breakouts in rooms set the night before, and lunch served on the terrace so the afternoon starts on time. In the evening, small groups walk to dinner in the medina with a guide each.

  3. Day 3 · The team day

    Morning session, desert afternoon, gala

A short working morning, then the coach to Agafay for a team challenge in the stone desert. Participants shower at the camp and the gala dinner starts under the tent as the light goes — stage, sound and menus already in place.

  4. Day 4 · Departure

    Free morning, staggered transfers

A late breakfast, an optional hammam or souk hour, then transfers timed flight by flight. Anyone staying on moves straight into an Atlas or Sahara extension with the same team.

Why Marrakech

A compact map makes a multi-part programme easy.

The pieces of a 360° programme are close together here. Our office is fifteen minutes from Menara airport, the conference hotels of Hivernage and the Palmeraie are ten minutes from the medina, and the Agafay desert sits under an hour away. A plenary, a desert team challenge and a gala can all happen on the same day without anyone spending it on a coach.

Beyond the city, the High Atlas is ninety minutes out and the Sahara is an overnight extension, which makes pre- and post-programme trips simple to add to the same contract.

Choose the scope

How much of the programme should we run?

360° is the ceiling, not the minimum. Most clients start in one column and move right.

Ground only

Transfers, guides & excursions

You hold the hotel and venue contracts; we run everything that moves: arrivals, coaches, guides and the free-time programme.

Ground + venues

Add hotels, meeting rooms & dinners

We contract the rooms, the plenary space and the evening venues as well, so one coordinator owns the whole timetable on the ground.

Full programme

Add activities, gala & production

Team activities, the gala night, staging and AV join the same contract — the most common scope for incentive and conference groups.

Full programme, multi-city

Add the Sahara, Fes or the coast

Inter-city transfers, domestic flights and hotel changes operated as a single programme, with the same coordinator from the first city to the last.

Who you are contracting with

One operator, accountable for all of it.

When one company carries the whole programme, procurement will want to know who it is — licence, office, and who owns the operation on the ground.

Questions

What buyers ask about a single-operator programme

Anything not covered here, ask the ops desk directly on WhatsApp.

What does 360° event and travel solutions mean in practice?

One operator contracts and runs every component of the programme — flights-in to flights-out. Airport arrivals, hotels, meeting rooms, AV, team activities, gala evenings, excursions and departures sit on one contract, one run sheet and one invoice, with one named coordinator accountable for all of it.

Is a single-operator programme more expensive than booking each supplier?

Usually not. We contract hotels, camps, riads and transport directly, so there is no broker margin stacked on each line, and nothing is paid twice — one coach plan covers the plenary, the activity day and the gala. The quote is line-itemised, so you can compare any single component against a direct booking.

Can we keep our own AV company or event agency for part of it?

Yes. 360° means we can run everything, not that we have to. Tell us which components your own suppliers keep and we build the ground programme around them, with load-in windows, access and transfers coordinated on the same run sheet.

What size of group suits an integrated programme?

From a twelve-person leadership offsite to 200+ participants. Below about twenty-five the whole group usually shares one venue for everything; above sixty we split hotels and run parallel tracks, which is exactly where a single run sheet saves the most time on the ground.

Can the programme cover more than one city?

Yes. Marrakech combined with the Sahara, Fes, Casablanca or the Atlantic coast is common. Inter-city transfers, domestic flights and hotel changes are operated by our own team, so the group is never handed from one supplier to the next at a station platform.

Do you work at net rates and under our brand?

Yes. Agencies and incentive houses receive net rates in writing, and on-site staff, signage and vouchers carry your brand unless you ask for ours. Your client sees one seamless programme.
