Conference hotels in Hivernage and the Palmeraie, exclusive-use riads in the medina, and Agafay desert camps for gala formats. Capacities and layouts confirmed before you quote your client.

RAK airport meet-and-greet, staggered arrival management, colour-coded transfer manifests, rooming lists and hospitality desks. Multi-hotel allocations handled in-house for larger delegations.

AV, staging and production

Plenary staging, sound, lighting and rigging through technical partners we use repeatedly. Power draw and load-in windows confirmed in writing at quote stage.

Gala dinners under canvas in Agafay, rooftop receptions above the medina, riad courtyard dinners with live Gnaoua musicians. Menus briefed in writing, dietary requirements included as standard.

Why Marrakech

Short-haul access, long-haul impression.

Marrakech Menara takes direct flights from most major European hubs in under four hours, so a three-day programme does not lose a day to travel at either end. The city then delivers what a European conference hotel cannot: a gala under the stars forty-five minutes from the plenary, a medina reception on a rooftop, the Atlas on the horizon.

Spring and autumn give 22–28 °C for outdoor formats. Summer is planned around — early starts, pools, the cooler mountains at midday — and winter is mild and good value. Ramadan dates move each year and affect some dining hours; we plan for that too.

What does meetings and conventions management in Marrakech cover?

You contract one desk in Marrakech instead of six separate suppliers.

What size conference can you run in Marrakech?

From a twelve-person board meeting in a private riad through to plenary formats of 200+ delegates in Hivernage and Palmeraie conference hotels. Above roughly sixty delegates we run multi-hotel allocations, staggered airport arrivals and colour-coded transfer manifests as standard.

How far ahead should a Marrakech conference be booked?

For twenty to sixty delegates, three to six months is comfortable. For 100+ delegates in peak season — March to May, October to December — six to twelve months secures better room blocks and exclusive-use venues. Shorter notice is workable, but venue choice narrows quickly.

Which venues do you use for gala dinners?

Agafay desert camps forty-five minutes from the city, Palmeraie estates, restored medina riads for smaller groups, and hotel ballrooms where the delegate count requires it. Camps and riads are contracted directly by us rather than through a broker.

Do you handle AV, staging and production?

Yes, through technical partners we work with repeatedly rather than whoever quotes cheapest that month. Scope, power requirements and rigging are confirmed in writing at quote stage so there are no on-site surprises.

Is the service white-label for agencies and PCOs?

Yes. Signage, vouchers and on-site staff carry your branding unless you ask otherwise, and rates are issued net so your margin stays yours.

Which airports do you cover for delegate arrivals?

Marrakech Menara (RAK) is the primary gateway. We also meet delegates at Mohammed V in Casablanca (CMN), Fes-Saïss (FEZ) and Agadir Al Massira (AGA), which matters for programmes routing through more than one city.
